Put simply, the Jive Kings were redefining what a jazz concert could be for many Maritimers. Since their first gig in March of 1999 this lively eight piece group from PEI had continually wowed audiences and critics with their infectious brand of swing, big band and Latin styles. In February of 2002, the group disbanded. Now for the first time in three years and just for the Tim Hortons Jazz and Blues Festival, the group will unite for an energetic and eclectic live performance under the main stage tent.
